General Manager

Chris Moore has only been with the business for just over 2 year. In that time he has introduced new and updated Policies & Procedures, Risk & Quality Management Plans for the Business, Record Monitoring Systems and has branched the business into Capital Project Works.

Chris has managed large scale Projects such as Hospitals, Universities and Schools as well as smaller Commercial, Private and Residential jobs. Chris’ qualifications consist of Mechanical Engineering, Management, Project Management, Work, Health & Safety and also a member of the Australian Institute of Refrigeration, Air-conditioning & Heating.

 

Finance / Administration Manager

 Christine Boog has been in her role for over 5 years, firstly on a casual basis before taking on the role Fulltime in July of 2010. Christine manages the finances of the business including both Accounts Payable & Receivable, Payroll, Superannuation, General Admin duties, Maintenance of the Accounting and Budgeting systems, IT Liaison and so on. Christine’s comes from a background of Administration / Accounts, she also completed a Diploma in Business (Accounting) in 2002 and was a Franchisee of 2 Businesses from 2003 – 2013 when she sold both businesses.   

 

Quality & Compliance Manager

 

Crystal Moore only joined the business in mid-2014 to assist with rewriting Company Policies & Procedures, establish a Quality Management Plan and to ensure the company is in line with all aspects of WHS. Crystal also assists in all aspects of Office Duties, Human Resources, Training & Professional Development and is also an assistant to the General Manager when required. Crystal comes from a management background both in Administration and Compliance and prides herself in her work and her ability to readily adapt to all given situations.
